We had to take a stop in progression and grinding to regroup and get new gear to up everyones DPS. It has come along nicely and in just the last 10 days or so raid wide DPS went up almost 300k to roughly 600k + raid wide.

Nice concentration tonight and everyone stayed focus on the task at hand. Dividens are paying off from all the massive hard work people have been doing out of raid since the expansion has come out. I have seen cosistently atleast 2 groups going on most of the time during prime time hours with people gearing up. Legatus Prime Mikill and Primus Pilus Gunnr both down in the same night!

Nice job everyone, Tert Turganpuncher is down and moving on to the next mob. Good progress considering most of us are using T2 SF gear. Nice job staying focused tonight healers and good split by the tanks!

Raised the recruiting standards today as everyone but 1 person in the guild now has over 250 AA. We have picked up some solid players last 2 months to fill our open slots and I think Silent Redemption as a whole is ready to take the next step as one of the top guilds on the server.

Thursday is our last day on the old content for AA hits and we will pay our respects to Roehn Theer accordingly. After this we will start solely focusing on new content.

We all know what we are capable of and what we all have been prepping for the last few months. Everything we have done has been prep work for Velious. It is a fresh start, equal par with all the other raid guilds, and we have a chance to show to the rest of the server what we already know.
